Miree January 2008

Most of Elsa's first litter went to homes quite far away but Miree (Pride of Victoria) went to live in Dorchester. We see her quite regularly and she came to stay with us when her owners were away in January. The picture of her shown above was taken during that visit. Although she is only 10 months old (April 2008) she is already taller than her mother.

Pictures of the individual puppies can be seen in the Puppy Gallery. The photos of Tara and Tasha below were taken by their new owners who retain copyright.

Elsa proudly announced the arrival of TEN healthy puppies on Thursday 14th June 2007. Five girls and five boys and they have now all gone to their new homes.

Owning a pup isn't as simple as some people might make you believe. For a start off, Elsa or Sabah may not like the look of you. If you are not going to be at home all day and will leave her puppy on its own then she wont let you have one, it's as simple as that.

Elsa and Sabah have a number of other ground rules too
(1)
You must show them that you know a lot about looking after puppies like theirs. They take a lot of grooming and when they are wet, which they often are, they take a lot of drying!!
(2)
You must be able to teach their puppy to be a well behaved, friendly and well liked dog.
(3)
You must have a safe garden for their puppy to play in.
(4)
You must agree to take their puppy to the vet for it's innoculations and other treatment
(5)
If you have children they must love the puppy and not treat it like a toy. That will apply to everyone else in your household too!
(6)
If you turn out to be a puppy farmer..... just remember what happened in "The Lady & The Tramp"

If you are really, truly, madly and deeply serious about owning one of our puppies when they become available and you think that you understand the commitment that you will need to make, please get in touch. Our contact details are available via the above link. Remember that our obligation as breeders will always be to ensure that each and every puppy goes to a loving and caring owner, one who will ensure that it lives a happy and, hopefully, a long life. If you do not think that you can make a similar commitment to the welfare of a precious and trusting animal then you will know that one of our puppies is not for you.
