Sabah's Sensible Home Page
I may be the younger of the two of us but, even though you may think that I am being very immodest, I have to say that I am by far the more sensible one. I really cannot understand how any pack animal, and yes Elsa you are a pack animal just the same as me, can spend half an hour eating their dinner. I've watched you pick up a mouthful of food then wander aimlessly around the patio chewing it before returning to the bowl for another morsel only to do the same thing again. Get real cousin! Wolf it down quick time, in the wild you would only get one mouthful.
I do like a good game of chase but my main interest when I'm out walking is all of the good smelly bits and the pee mails from all the boys. When Elsa and I are out you will notice that I'm the one with the nose down to the ground. You might also spot me because my coat is much lighter, and cleaner, than Elsa's. It's a good job that she takes a dip everyday.

This picture was taken not long after I moved in to my new home. As you can clearly see, I have just had a close encounter with a woolly sabre toothed mammoth thing that was obviously very scared of me and rightly so. In fact he was so scared that it has made him shrink every day. He is quite tiny now so no one needs to worry about him any more.
I did bump into him again that day. I don't know what he said but his breath didn't half smell.
In case you are wondering, the sabre toothed woolly mammoth was all mouth and no trousers. He didn't lay a claw on me. In fact we are quite good friends now and I am looking after him in his old age.

I am not so sure what to so with myself today. Yesterday Elsa, my best friend and playmate, suddenly produced a whole box load of little Elsas. I will tell you something, they don't half make a lot of noise. Elsa doesn't seem to be interested in playing with me and so I spend most of my time on the patio looking at the birds and next door's cats.
Elsa did come for a walk with me this morning but it was all over in a flash. She couldn't wait to get back home again. Apparently all of the little Elsa's needed washing AND they needed some more food.
Talking of food. Our owners seem to be giving Elsa a lot more now. Poor old me is still on the regulation one meal a day and the occasional snack. There is a good side to this though, when they aren't watching I clean up Elsa's bowl for her.

The pictures at the top of this page and below clearly demonstrates Sabah's ability to apply camouflage when the need arises. During her recent holiday in Scotland she discovered a rather appealing peat bog on the Pentland Hills and then proceeded to immerse herself in it.
